It is stressed that these rules are a guideline, most of them are not hard and fast rules, but none the less need to be adhered to wherever possible, to maintain a certain degree of order within the guild, and to the other players in the game.

Guild Rules

It is my own opinion that rules restrict people and the way they play, in turn making them unhappy to play the game, for this reason i dont personally like making them, however there are certain things which will not be tolerated.

If any of the rules are broken then a the person who broke the rules will be given a warning in a tell by the guild leader or any of the officers, if the rules are broken a second time another harsher warning will be given and that player will be under close scrutiny by the guild leader and officers, if the offence was a repeat offence of the first one they made then depending on the circumstances they will be removed from the guild, upon a third offence the member would also be removed no questions asked, and you will know why it has happened, the playing attitudes and the way we conduct ourselves reflects greatly on those around us and makes for a happier playing environment so we can enjoy each others company and the game.

No Issues which could cause a scene or major agravated debate between players shall be raised in guild chat, these include but not limited to racial, sexist, insulting remarks or verbal abuse in general towards another player in the game. If players have a difference of opinion take it to tells, dont let your falling out affect the enjoyment of the rest of the players in the game, if a problem cannot be resolved take it to an officer or the leader in a tell please to try and get a peaceful resolution to the problem..

Selling in Guild Chat - There is no problem with doing this as long as it is not on a every 5 minutes for a week basis, you send a guild tell a few times if nobody wants the item dont keep spamming the guild chat channel try the next day or sell it in the bazaar, please note anything sold in guildchat or generally within the guild to another guildmate needs to have the appropriate 25% off the bazaar price, other than that sell it in the bazaar please.

Powerleveling, Twinking and asking for items, asking now and again for any Powerleveling or Items is not objected to within reason, in the past we have had players who would send tells to everyone in guild for items then seemingly sell them this is not an appropriate means of using this guild function and anyone caught doing this will be dealt with severely. Powerleveling & Items are generally given at regular intervals by the good hearted officers in the guild, please dont pester people or spam in guild chat to recieve these, all good things to those who wait :-), one more issue Twinking is not and never will be regarded as a not to do thing, its part of the game and it helps your character advance as well, why shouldnt we be able to spend our main characters platinum on another of our characters, if anyone has better stuff than me though i want it lol just kidding :-)

This is not a hard and fast rule however it would be appreciated if as many officers as possible can host or attend raids at least with the aim of creating a way for other players to explore the game more in zones they dont know or have never been in, if the raid is a low level raid officers can heal or buff other players and generally look over there shoulder, if the raid is a high end raid then help each other as best you can, you were not made officers for no reason it was based on your friendly manner and your knowledge of the game and also your willingness to help others :-)

Ksing or Killstealing this is not encouraged by the guild and anyone found to be doing this will be dealt with appropriately, the knock on effects and harm to the guild name are at question, not to mention the time other players would have to take to resolve such issues with other guilds, guild leaders or gamesmasters (GMs).

We Play by Sony Onlines Play Nice Policy (PNP) If your in any doubt about these rules please goto Sony Onlines Website and read them (the SOE website can be found on the links page also). A GM will not stick up for you if you have broken SOE rules and you will just end up geting upset and then aggravating the GM or Guide involved, which will have its own consequences and would bring the guild a bad name.

Leaving / Joining the Guild - Any player wishing to join the guild must be deemed worthy by an officer or the leader by this i mean that you know the person in question or have grouped with them and know what kind of person they are, we pride ourselves on having nice people in our guild, and dont encourage recruiting those who would cause trouble or upset other members, please bear this in mind when your recruiting please officers.

This is not a compulsary rule - When our guild is allied it is encouraged that you use the alliance chat channel as often as u can to increase inter-guild relations, an alliance doesnt mean lets go solo all day although granted sometimes we all need a break the purpose of everquest was to bring people together to encourage them to have fun together, and to learn from each other, please try and group with alliance members or other guild members as often as u can it would be appreciated :-)
